Diamond Painting

I have always wanted to paint a diamond but had never had the confidence to try it because I tend to overthink everything. I was recently at the artist and craftsman supply and found round ‘canvases’ that are actually made of thin plywood. I bought two because I thought that they were so cool. Today I am happy to report that I finally painted a diamond and I feel great about my progress. I guess the thing to take away is that you can be your own brick wall when it comes to creativity and you should at least try before you decide you can’t do something. My process was a tedious one but in the end I’m glad that I took my time, which as you’ll come to know me if you follow my progress, that I am not good at things that take time. My patience was somehow left at the checkout when I was born.
